Long hair gets in the way during sexual activity. To me at least. As well, it is not unusual for a partner to roll over in their sleep and pull the hair. However, the length of ones hair is a personal choice.

A lot of guys seem to find it sexy, but for the woman, it just depends. If a woman likes her hair pulled, it could be an advantage I guess, depending on how she likes the pull.
