I have long hair, but the only reason I keep it long is becuase I think i am ulgy so the hair takes away from my face. when you have short hair people look more at your face.
What looks better on a lady long or short hair?
The only person who can answer your question is yourself.
If you think you are ugly it doesn't matter what your hair looks like...you'll always be ugly. But, I am writing to tell you that you are not ugly - and that you (including your hair) are beautiful. You have not found your inner beauty, therefore you cannot express it. Once you are confident with yourself, you'll know exactly how to cut your hair...and you won't give a rat's *** if someone else doesn't like it!
Cheers.

it all depends on your bone structure...
Put your hair in pigtails at the point where you want to cut it. It gives you a better idea of what you would look like with short hair if that makes any sense.

It honestly depends on the face shape and size. When I was thinner, I looked super cute with a short hair cut, my face is fuller now, so I have a longer, shoulder Length hair cut, that is razored and layered to accent my face.
