hair grows an average of a half inch a month you can speed it up to closer to an inch a month by boning up on some vitamins. you could try the prenatal ones when I was pregnant I took these and my hair grew like crazy, and taking prenatal vitamins is only going to give you extra vitamins it will not hurt you.

Two words... Pantene Pro-V!!That stuff works miracles.Also,trimming your ENDS(not hair) like once every two to three months.(I also heard that trimming your ends on a full moon helps your hair grow really fast,i'm not sure if it works though.Never tried it.)

You can't. You can use extensions to get your hair long, but theres no way to grow it long. My hair grows about an inch or tow a month, and I have a long replacement cycle. Sorry, I don't think its all that possible.
